Living in America not only allows us life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, but it also gives us the freedom to worship God. But we are slowly losing our sense of freedom because we have wandered from our identity in Christ, who only wants to bless us as His children. True freedom is living for the life God created us to live; it doesn’t mean doing whatever we want (Genesis 3:1-7). When we distance ourselves from God, He starts to become irrelevant. To get back to God, we must pray, live righteous lives and share what He’s done for us with others (James 5:16; Psalm 15:1-5).
