Living in the Family of God
There’s nothing like feeling you belong, and in the Church, all are welcome (Ephesians 2:19). The Church is the family of God, and it’s made up of different people from all walks of life (Galatians 6:10). It’s a place where we have value; a place we can contribute and gather. Part of that is giving glory to God together in worship (Psalm 34:4; Romans 12:1-2). It also means supporting one another — celebrating the highs together and walking with each other through difficult things (Romans 12:15).
1) In what ways can connecting with others deepen my faith?
2) What are some ways I can contribute and connect at church?
3) What can I celebrate with my small group today? Is there a difficulty I’d like to share with my small group so they can walk with me through it?
