To fulfill our missional assignment to make disciples, Christians must engage in the questions our culture is asking. People are spiritually curious today, and even before that, people have questioned the unknown. Aliens, for example, aren’t mentioned anywhere in the Bible, but it also doesn’t explain a lot of the things happening today (Nehemiah 9:6; Psalm 8:3-5). The existence of aliens would not disprove God. It wouldn’t lessen the relationship that we have with God — it affirms the expanse of His love for all that He’s created, including us (Colossians 1:17-20; Jeremiah 32:17; Psalm 19:1).
