By Faith: Living with Courage in a World Full of Fear
Christians can live with courage in a world filled with fear. We can live by faith during a time when it's needed more than ever (Romans 1:17; Habakuk 2:4). That's not to say it'll be easy. In fact, it's so easy to be enslaved to our fears. Fear can cause us to act rashly, or it can cause us to do nothing. We are created in God's image, but fear can keep us stuck. Faith, though, can move us back to where He calls us. Faith is the difference between "I might" and "God's might." We can choose to live in a prison of fear or freedom of faith (2 Timothy 1:7; Hebrews 11:1-2). When our faith and confidence grow, we pass it off to others (Hebrews 11:6). Things don't always happen the way we think or how we want them too, but God is with us through it all. We encourage you to live by faith, to come before Him and put your trust in Him.
