Christ has the power to transform us. If we let Jesus change our minds, He will change our entire lives (John 3:1-9). Our minds are the strongest parts of our bodies! It can lead us to the highest of highs or lowest of lows with just a single thought, so we need to keep our thoughts on Him (Matthew 22:37; Ephesians 4:17-19). It’s hard to love God with all our heart if we don’t love Him with all of our minds (Romans 12:2). God wants to change the way we think about things and shake up the way things have always been. We can love God with all of our minds by digging into the deeper, tougher questions, and we should think through why we believe what we believe (1 Peter 3:15-16). We shouldn’t be afraid of the faith we have, and we should be sharing it with others (1 Corinthians 8:1-3).
Points To Ponder
1) What are some of the thoughts that are keeping me stuck where I am?
2) What area of my life is God trying to challenge and change for the better?
3) Who can I serve and build up today with the knowledge that I have?
